Goal: User experience is a key component of institutional trust. The Appellate Lawyer Representatives for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit have designed this survey of primary “users” of the Ninth Circuit, i.e., practitioners, legal support staff, and pro se litigants, to gain information about the user-friendliness of the Court. Results will be presented in summary form at the Ninth Circuit conference appellate breakout session. The survey is anonymous, but there is optional space at the end to provide your contact information if you are willing for an Appellate Lawyer Representative to follow up with additional questions.
