Course Description
Do you struggle to have difficult conversations at work? for example giving feedback to a low performing employee, asking for a raise or delivering bad news to a client. People are usually reluctant to open a difficult conversation out of fear of the consequences.

In this evening class, we will explore how to have effective conversations in the workplace and beyond that are more fruitful and productive for everyone involved.

Specifically, you will learn:
  • How to recognize the presence of the deeper conversations that are going on in any difficult conversation
  • How to go about a difficult conversation and how to avoid some the common errors
