- Exhibit fee includes a 6-foot dropped table and two chairs - if you have a free-standing large display and will not need a table set up for your exhibit, please let us know.

- Exhibit fees include one full complimentary registration with meals at the Alaska Health Summit for one person who is staffing the exhibit table. If you would like to include additional folks for the meals, a separate meal ticket can be purchased for $150 for the six meals which include the Awards luncheon on Thursday.

- We ask that the table be staffed at peak times during the meetings breaks and meals. The registration can be passed onto another person in your organization that are helping to manage your table if different people are assigned each day but it is your staff's responsibility to share the one complimentary registration.

- A late fee of $50/day will be charged for any exhibits left after 5:00 PM on Thursday, January 23, 2020.
