The AKF Research Collaborative is committed to connecting research with the patient community, scientific community, patient organizations and health systems.
Please complete the following intake form for review. Submissions will be evaluated to determine alignment with AKF's Research Collaborative's mission and priorities. We do not provide funding as part of the collaboration.
We accept submissions annually between February 1 – March 31 & August 1 – September 30.
Proposals received outside this window will be held for the next cycle.
