AI and Business Value Survey

About this survey
We are a team of MBA students at the University of East London (Ducere Global Business School) carrying out an independent research project with a global technology services company. The project asks why significant investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) does not always turn into significant business value, and what organisations can do to close that gap.

The following is a short survey of around five minutes. Feel free to add any thoughts and insights in your final comment. Taking part is voluntary and you can stop at any time. The survey is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, email address or employer, and please do not name your organisation, clients or colleagues in any answer. It is intended that the results from responses received will be reported in summary form and used for this university project. Proceeding is an indication of your agreement to take part.

Privacy Statement
Responses will be retained in a password-protected file and destroyed within five years post-survey in accordance with Ducere Global Business School’s data disposal policy. All data will remain anonymised and only be used for research and associated reporting/publication purposes.
