1. Programme Information

To register your class to take part in the Architecture in Schools: Primary programme for the Summer term 2016 please complete each section of this form by 29th FEBRUARY.

Please note that we can only accept a maximum of one year group from years 4, 5 or 6. If you have more than one form entry, please create a separate registration of each class group. Please find the cost detailed below.

The programme steps are as follows:

Week of 18 April 2016 (Exact date to be confirmed): Pre-programme evening training seminar and partnering session for teachers and built environment and design professionals.

9 May - 12 May 2016: One half-day class visit to an exemplary building in London with your built environment professional.

16 May - 20 May 2016: For Year 6 classes only- one half-day class visit to an exemplary building in London with your partner architect or engineer.

Week of 23 May 2016: Model-making evening training session for teachers and built environment professionals.

6 June - 17 June 2016: One half-day classroom workshops with your partner built environment professional.

27 June 2016, 5pm: Optional inter-school competition, with the winning school to have scheme built within their school

Week of 11th July 2016 (Exact date to be confirmed): Awards Ceremony to celebrate students' work created throughout the programme.

Due to the current economic climate and therefore funding pressures, regrettably we are having to charge the following rate for schools to take part in the programme: £750 (+VAT) per class (30 pupils maximum)
For every additional class we offer a 25% discount.
