The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has made a series of proposals to reduce traffic congestion and improve road safety in Ponte Vedra Beach. These are simply proposals any of which will only move forward with community support. The most important of these proposals is for a new design at the intersection of Solana Road and AIA. This location has been the most notable source of traffic congestion in Ponte Vedra Beach for many years and effects drivers from every community and homeowners association.
