A Home of My Own Community & Constituent Survey

Dear Constituents and Community Members,

As you may know, a Home of My Own is undergoing a strategic planning process and is working with the New York Council of Nonprofits to facilitate the process. The board is seeking your input through this confidential survey. This information will be compiled and used to develop the agenda for an upcoming planning retreat.
The results will be shared in the aggregate. 

You should be able to return to your survey if you cannot complete it in one sitting. If for some reason you are using a different computer or unable to see your previous entry, simply pick up where you left off.
