The objectives of the kick-off summit are to:
  • Cultivate a shared commitment to address our region's housing challenges;  
  • Develop goals for the At Home in Greater Lowell strategy; 
  • Identify resources, contacts, and other information available to help the planning process; and
  • Develop research questions for our planning team to address in the plan.

4.How would you rate your understanding of housing needs in Greater Lowell? (Greater Lowell includes Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Lowell, Pepperell, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, and Westford.)
