Arrowhead Clubhouse Community Partners Survey

For the first time we are undertaking a survey with our community partners; that’s our neighbors, organizations we work with, and our members’ families. It’s only 15 questions but through them we aim to better understand what people think we do at Arrowhead, who we work with, the services we provide and how we can better support the community we appreciate so much. In the New Year we will send you an email (or deliver a paper copy) with the results of this survey.
