AGM 2026 Motions Ballot

Please refer to the Notice of Motions (AGM02/2026) for the content of the motions.

The order of business will be based on ensuring that the highest voted motion under each committee/network heading will be debated following the order as set out in this ballot.

There are two committee/network headings under which only one motion has been received:
  • Negotiating - Cafcass and Probation
  • Trade Union Organising Network
Consequently, these headings are not included in the Notice of Motions or Ballot as these motions will definitely be debated.

Members can vote for a minimum of 1 and up to a maximum of 8 of the remaining motions.

Where a motion is labelled (T&C), this means it is relating to Terms & Conditions. ALL members can vote for these motions in the ballot process to bring it up on to the Order of Business, but when debated at AGM only full members are allowed to vote on the motion to turn it into policy.

Please note that the closing date for the ballot is: 12 noon Wednesday 30th September 2026. If you have any problems completing this online ballot, you will also be able to find all the documents including the ballot form in Word version on the Napo website in the AGM section. You can return that to motions@napo.org.uk
