This award will honor someone who has made outstanding contributions to Indiana agriculture through his/her role in Indiana agricultural education and whose educational outreach and community support serve as an example to others. His/Her record of accomplishments should reflect active support for the agricultural and rural sector and should include activities and programs that benefit the citizens of his/her community or state.
Criteria for Eligibility
• Individual must be an active Indiana agricultural educator teaching agriculture through a high school, college, or Cooperative Extension Service.
• Individual must be employed by an Indiana high school, college, or extension service.
• Individual has made significant contributions to agriculture through his/her programs.
• Individual has not been the recipient of this award in the past.
Guidelines for Submittal
• Self nominations are accepted.
