Leadership and collaboration

In this section of the DAIP we have included actions that help ensure people living with disability are given a greater role in leading and contributing to decision making and participating in all of our consultation and engagement activities.

These actions include providing consistent, accurate and relevant information to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability, through a dedicated response unit. AGD will also include people with disability and/or disability advocates in the development, implementation and review of relevant policies, programs and initiatives.
