Dear PHSW Co-worker:

The unions representing RNs, techs, and service and maintenance workers (WSNA and OFNHP) at PeaceHealth Southwest are working together to address health and safety problems for all staff around the hospital. We are conducting this survey to get a better idea of what health and safety issues are a concern for staff and where problems are occurring. We also want to take this opportunity to let you know we want to make progress in improving conditions for all staff.
