Welcome to the 2026 AFT Higher Education Contingent Faculty Survey! This survey is comprehensive and will take 15-20 mnutes to complete; survey progress can not be saved once started so it will require the allocated time.

This is a comprehensive survey and the results will be used to help us with moving legislation, contract language, and campus level policy to increase job security for adjunct faculty with the goal of ending contingency–one of the major pillars of the AAUP/AFT Blueprint policy platform.
