Age-Friendly Communities Strategic Priorities

Thank you for taking the time to rate each of Age-Friendly Allegany County's Strategic Priorities. The Goals and Objectives are a synthesized compilation of the following:

- Age-Friendly Survey Results

- Community Town Halls

- Demographic Data

- Information About Community Services and Resources

From all the gathered information, AFAC has identified five (5) overriding Goals. This survey is an opportunity to rate each of the potential objectives that were created to address each Goal. Prior to beginning this survey, please review the two documents attached with email sent with the survey link. These are the:

- Strategic Priorities Chart outlining Goals, Objectives, and Activities

- Information and Definition Sheet

You will be rating each Objective on three (3) different criteria:

- Impact

- Realistic Achievement

- Community/Political Support

The timeline for each Objective will be added at our upcoming meeting scheduled for December 20, 2022, at Crossroads Conference Center. At that meeting, we will share the results of this activity and determine the top priorities moving forward and decide upon a completion date.
