To assure that you will receive Asian Festival announcements and communications, as well as a Volunteer gift bag, please sign up by Sunday, May 20th at 11:55 pm.

The Asian Festival Health Screening will be held over Memorial Day weekend at Franklin Park: Saturday, May 26th from 10:00 am - 6 pm, and Sunday, May 27th, from 10 am - 6 pm. Volunteers will be asked to sign up in  5-hour shifts (30 minutes orientation, 4 hours volunteer activity, 30 minute break), and are encouraged to sign up for more shifts as they are able.

Please allow at least 20-30 minutes to find parking, and walk or catch the shuttle from the parking areas to the Health Screening Pavillion. Maps and further instructions will be sent to all volunteers no later than Monday, May 21st, 5 pm.
