E-Gift Card Donation Request Form |
Thank you for contacting AEO and for taking the time to complete our E-Gift Card Request Form. We receive thousands of requests annually. Because of the immense demand, we are only able to honor a limited amount of requests. We ask that you (your organization) request no more than one (1) gift card per year. To be as fair and equitable as possible, qualified e-gift card requests are awarded using a random lottery system.
