Introduction
The Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance (AEEA) is accepting abstracts for presentations for the Alberta Energy Efficiency Summit being held in Edmonton, Alberta at the Westin Edmonton on February 26 & 27, 2019.
As an organization, the AEEA engages with its members and other stakeholders to help increase the uptake of energy efficiency in the province.The AEEA is working with Energy Efficiency Alberta to host its second annual summit and showcase event in 2019. This event will offer delegates a forum to collaborate, learn, network, and receive insight into the latest trends in the energy efficiency community.
Please complete the following submission form if you are interested in submitting a proposal for consideration. All submissions must be provided in this electronic form and those that are incomplete will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that none of the sessions can be sales pitches. Speakers are not permitted to directly sell or promote their products or services, however, company logos can be included on presentation materials. Content of the sessions can include case studies, but any direct selling is not permitted. Organizations who wish to promote their products and services are encouraged to inquire about our showcase opportunities.
It is also important to note that all presenters must agree to submit their presentations for review prior to the summit and have them posted on the summit website at the conclusion of the event. All presenters must also agree to be videotaped, photographed, and recorded and must sign a Speaker Agreement.
Each speaker will receive a discount on the summit registration fee.
To assist with proposal preparation, prior to completing the electronic form, please download the Expression of Interest Working Document. This document is a working document to assist presenters with organizing their information prior to submission. Please do not submit the working document via email. An online submission through this form must be completed. Please allow a few moments for the document to load.
