Welcome to the Avondale Estates Public Engagement Survey

The City of Avondale Estates has a long-standing tradition of community-driven planning. In the last decade the city has led many studies tethered with robust community engagement to turn the vision of the last master plan and comprehensive plan into reality. This has led to thoughtfully implemented projects and initiatives across the city. Today, as we build on that momentum, the Comprehensive Plan and Downtown Master Plan represent the next chapter in this ongoing dialogue, ensuring that future decisions remain rooted in the vision that was most recently refined through the City’s rebranding process. As we look ahead, a central question emerges: What’s next for the City of Avondale Estates? This survey is an opportunity to refine that answer together to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going. This survey focuses on the City as a whole and the Downtown area to help these studies inform each other while still allowing for targeted responses.
