Building Student's Leadership Capacity Workshop (for adults working with youth)

This workshop is designed for adults who want to help empower students build their leadership skills. We will discuss various forms of youth leadership and how 'adultism' can lead to reduced student participation. Participants will then examine strategies for thoughtful engagement that include choice, input and shared leadership.
