Youth Initiative of Adams County Out of School Time Landscape

The primary purpose of this survey is to identify free or accessible (low cost) out of school time (before / after school and summer) opportunities currently being offered to school age students (ages 5 - 18), especially those programs focused in support of educational success of children and youth. To this end, partners are invited to share information about their out of school time offerings.

ACYI is dedicated to using data as a tool to help the community make the most of the resources available to our students and to understand how to best direct future resources, priorities or to identify gaps or opportunities. The product of all survey responses will be mapped and an aggregated report.

This survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.
