Welcome to Our Survey
SeniorCare has received funding for a new program: Assisting Care Partners to Thrive (ACT). Through this program we will be offering special programming to reduce stress, build community, and ease some of the burdens that accompany caregiving. Programs may include trips to special events, dining out, meditation and relaxation sessions, guided walks, and innovative technology resources.
We want to hear from caregivers about what programming and supports might be of interest. Please take this quick survey and share your thoughts; it should take less than 5 minutes.
