The ACT Council of Social Service Inc. (ACTCOSS) is seeking your feedback for our annual stakeholder survey. We welcome your reflections on our performance. We look forward to receiving your suggestions about how we can better serve you and the ACT community.
Please think about ACTCOSS's work over the whole of the last year when responding to the questions in this survey.
Who should complete the survey?
Anyone who is interested in our work or has used a service provided by ACTCOSS. This includes staff, volunteers and board members of ACTCOSS community organisation members, affiliate members, associate members and anyone who has associated with us.
How long will the survey take?
About 15 minutes.
What does the survey involve?
The survey has a number sections, including membership, services, COVID-19 response, Gulanga Program, communications, advocacy, sector capability development, accountability, and contact preferences.
Some questions are free form, while others are multiple choice. You can give us as much information as you want to share or have time for.
Why are your responses important?
We use your feedback to prioritise the use of ACTCOSS's resources to most effectively meet the expectations of our members and to achieve positive social justice outcomes for the people of the ACT. This year we are reviewing our response to crises.
What about confidentiality?
Responses will remain confidential. At the end of the survey you may elect to provide your contact details to be available for further comment.
