* 5. Describe in detail how your chapter intends to use the grant to recruit dues-paying Fellows and Associate Fellows. The grant may be used for more than one recruitment project.

* 6. Provide a detailed budget for how the grant will be used to fund the recruitment efforts? Please include approximate dollar amounts for each initiative listed above.
