All sessions will be set-up theatre style (rows of chairs) with a top table for maximum 6 speakers.

If you require an alternative set-up, please indicate this below.

Please note: not every set-up is possible in every room, and upon receipt of your request, we will be in contact with the venue to confirm and get back to you. Changes to room set ups affect the capacity of the room.

IMPORTANT: absolutely no set-up changes can be made on the day of the session or should be undertaken independently.
