ACRS Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging Survey

Hello Everyone,

We invite you to respond to the following questions as honestly as you can. This survey is anonymous. The Consultants, New Transitions Consulting, who are analyzing the data from this survey will not be able to connect your identity to your responses. ACRS staff (including supervisors and Leadership Team) will not have access to the raw data and will not know your identity.

Your responses to these questions are important to the work of equity, inclusion, diversity and belonging (EIDB) at ACRS. We have been doing some presentations about this work for the past few months, below is the link to those presentations
This assessment will help to identify possible next steps that ACRS might carry out to integrate policies and practices relevant to EIDB at ACRS.
At the end of this survey you will have the opportunity to collect a $10 gift card as an appreciation for your time and responses.
