The 2019 FIT Annual Meeting scholarship application will close Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

Travel Scholarship Information:
Who’s Eligible for the Travel Scholarship?
- 2nd year adult FITs,
- 3rd year pediatric FITs, and
- 3rd year MEDPEDS FITs

All FITs must be enrolled in an ACGME-accredited or RCPSC rheumatology training program.

Due to Canadian pediatric training programs lasting two years, 2nd year pediatric FITs enrolled in a two-year Canadian training program are eligible to receive the full travel scholarship.

Limitations/Requirements
- Must be an active ACR FIT member by August 31, 2019
- Required to attend the Fellows-in-Training Educational pre-meeting session (Friday, November 8)
- Can only receive one FIT travel scholarship per academic year to attend Annual Meeting, SOTA or PRSYM. The Rheumatology Research Workshop is the exception to this rule

Benefits of the Travel Scholarship
- Mandatory Fellows-in-Training Educational pre -meeting session (Friday, November 8)
- Complimentary scientific session annual meeting registration
- Choice of one of the following complimentary pre-conference course registrations:
          - Review Course
          - Basic Research Conference (BRC)
          - Clinical Research Conference (CRC)
- Up to $750.00 in travel reimbursement

Non-Travel Scholarship Information:

- 1st/3rd year adult FITs,
- 1st/2nd year pediatric FITs, and
- 1st/2nd/4th year MEDPEDS FITs

All FITs must be enrolled in an ACGME-accredited or RCPSC rheumatology training program.

Must be an active ACR FIT member by August 31, 2019

Benefits of the Non-Travel Scholarship
- Complimentary scientific session annual meeting registration only
- Fellows-in-Training Educational pre-meeting session (Friday, November 8) – attendance is optional
