ACIP 2013 Symposium

The American Council on International Personnel is seeking submissions of workshop proposals for our Annual Symposium to be held June 3-6, 2013 in Washington, DC. ACIP’s Annual Symposium is the premier educational and networking event for in-house immigration professionals, featuring plenary sessions with remarks from numerous government officials, as well as industry roundtables, workshops, and opportunities for congressional advocacy visits. Symposium presenters develop an enhanced reputation as industry experts, have the opportunity to influence industry practices, and improve the profile of their organizations.

Professionals from over 100 of the world’s leading corporations, universities and research institutions attended the 2011 Symposium. Our education and networking opportunities attract a variety of international HR and legal professionals, including: In-house counsel, Immigration Paralegals and Coordinators, Human Resources Specialists, Mobility Professionals, and Compliance Administrators. ACIP Symposium attendees require and expect education that provides the most current information and the highest quality of expertise. The workshops typically range from 40 to 120 people in attendance, with most attendees possessing an intermediate or advanced level of understanding of immigration concepts and issues.

2013 Symposium Theme
The theme of ACIP’s 39th Annual Symposium will be “ACIP 2013: Your GPS to U.S. Immigration and Global Mobility.”
