CANADIAN ACCESS TO CARE SURVEY |
Welcome
Introduction
As the Canadian healthcare system faces more pressure, it can make getting a timely neuroendocrine cancer diagnosis harder. Your access to ongoing tests, treatments, and support may also be affected. CNETS is looking to our community to assist us in understanding what challenges patients are dealing with and identify common issues or positive experiences so we can get a better understanding of the gaps, and best practices and then identify how we can help. CNETS recognizes how valuable patient and caregiver experiences are and we are extremely appreciative of your willingness to share with us.
Who Can Complete This Survey?
Any Canadian with neuroendocrine cancer who has received/receives care in Canada is eligible to complete this survey (a caregiver or representative can complete the survey on behalf of the person with neuroendocrine cancer). If you are a caregiver or representative completing this survey for a person with neuroendocrine cancer, please answer all questions with the patient’s information (for example, not your demographic information).
