Stakeholder Accessibility Survey

Purpose: We value input from our external stakeholders that include community partners, funders, and collaborators. Your feedback helps us identify and remove barriers that affect access to our services and partnerships. Your participation is voluntary, and you can submit with your name or anonymously.

What do we mean by accessible? Accessible means that people — including people using Baker Center programs, staff, and other stakeholders — can enter, use, understand, and benefit from the organization’s facilities, services, information, technology, and opportunities without encountering barriers.
