You may be eligible for the Pre-Arrival Services if you:
  • Have been approved for Canadian permanent residency and are currently living outside of Canada
  • Plan to arrive in Canada within the next 2 to 6 months 
  • Completed post-secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in one of the six sectors - Engineering, Financial Services, Human Resources, Leadership/Management (multi-sector), Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain (this eligibility requirement only applies to Canadian Employment Connections -CEC); OR
  • Interested in starting a business in Canada (this eligibility requirement only applies to Entrepreneurship Connections Pre-Arrival - ECP)
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are committed to completing an online training module of approximately 40 hours
