If you have every wondered if there are better ways to identify and hire the right talent, or if you consistently struggle to fill particular roles, this program is for you. Join us for five one-hour virtual trainings and two individualized coaching sessions.

During the program, each participant will identify an open role and create a job description, interview guide and plan for sourcing applicants for that position. Each one-hour virtual session will deliver relevant content and hands-on exercises. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 2:00 pm ET. Sessions will cover:

  • March 11: Defining skills and building job descriptions

  • April 1: Sourcing, selecting and onboarding
  • April 15: Practices beyond hiring
Participants are expected to attend all sessions or review session recordings. This program is open to small and mid-sized business with fewer than 500 employees.

Individual coaching will be available to participants during the weeks of March 17 and April 7. Participants can ask questions and get feedback on hiring materials. Participants will have access to experienced practitioners who can coach them on potential challenges and roadblocks.

Finally, participants will also have access to on-demand learning. These courses can be used to reinforce concepts from the virtual sessions and can be shared with other colleagues at the organization. Participants will have access to a comprehensive resource library with templates and additional information. Participants can continue to access these materials after the course is complete.
