AC31 - GPI Poster Panel Confirmation

To guarantee a panel for your poster(s), this document must be completed fully by Friday, 12 February 2027 (23h59 CET).

The representative (either the Submitting Author or a Co-Author who was included in the original submission only) must have their registration completed and paid for in order to guarantee the panel(s) by Friday, 12 February 2027 (23h59 CET).

Should the form not be fully completed, EAHP do not guarantee the panel(s).

6.By completing this document you agree to the following:

  • The person (as given by the Registration number) will represent the listed GPI poster(s) at the 31st Congress of the EAHP
  • The representative (as given by the Registration number) will bring the poster(s) and hang them in the Poster Area on Wednesday 17 March 2027, between 10h15 and 17h00 CET. Passed this deadline, the Poster(s) may not get the Participation Certificate
  • The representative will only use the tape given by the on-site EAHP staff (Should the poster be hung using a different tape that the one given by the on-site EAHP staff, the EAHP reserve the right to remove said poster in order to avoid any damage to the panel. Should the panel suffer any damage by the use of the unauthorised tape, the representative of the poster will be summoned and may have to pay damages to the poster panel supplier. NOTE that the concerned poster will therefore not receive the Participation Certificate).
  • The poster will be printed at the size of 841mm wide x 1189 mm high (A0) – portrait format (posters may not be smaller or larger than this size).
  • The poster will be printed on paper (not fabric)
