Sick Leave Debrief for Restaurants

In Albuquerque's most recent election, a group of progressive organizations and unions put a question on the ballot that would force employers to give 56 hours of sick leave annually to all employees including full-time, part-time and temporary employees.

The New Mexico Restaurant Association spearheaded the Albuquerque Coalition for a Healthy Economy with 35 other industry organizations against this ballot measure.

When answering the following questions please keep in mind that over 20 cities and 4 states, including Arizona, have sick leave mandates.
