WE Local brings the energy and structure of the Society of Women Engineers’ (SWE) conferences to create a hyperlocal experience. No matter where an Attendee is in their education or career, attending a WE Local conference is the best way to connect with- and -be inspired by other women engineers and technologists close to home.
Keynote Criteria
Due to the hyperlocal atmosphere, WE Local seeks Keynote Speakers who live in-, are from-, or do business in the city and state of each conference. Keynote Speaker content should not only be thought-provoking and motivational but also draw from personal experience.
The most successful Keynote Speakers are those who are authentic and engage with the audience.
