Church Assessment: Missional Clarity and Effectiveness

 

Purpose:

The purpose of this assessment is to assist us in clarifying where our church is on its developmental journey and to discern what we need to address if we are to move into our next chapter with missional clarity and effectiveness. Thank you in advance for your participation. Your thoughts are valued as we listen to God together. Complete the assessment as you view circumstances currently.  The Assessment will take you 20-25 minutes to complete, and has five sections:
