Survey on Trade in Environmental Goods and Services |
The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council (ABAC) would like to find out the challenges businesses in the region face when engaging in trade in environmental goods and services, and what sort of measures governments and the private sector can adopt to better facilitate green trade. The results of this survey will inform and contribute to recommendations that will be submitted to APEC government officials and leaders in a report.
Environmental goods and services can be defined as products and services that can help achieve environmental and climate protection goals, such as (but not limited to) generating clean and renewable energy, improving energy and resource efficiency, controlling air pollution, managing waste, treating wastewater, monitoring the quality of the environment, and combatting noise pollution. We invite company representatives that are responsible for exporting environmental goods and providing environmental services overseas. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
The deadline to submit this survey is 16 June 2023 (extended from 31 May).
