In response to requests from our membership, AAPL has embarked on the creation of a benchmarking survey for our industry. In order to establish trends over time, we will conduct this survey periodically. We would appreciate you taking the time to complete the following survey regarding your physician relations program. The first portion of the survey asks about your program structure and basic operations. As you move through the survey, the questions will become more in-depth and focus on areas such as program performance, outcomes, and future challenges. We would appreciate you completing the entire survey, which should take you 10-15 minutes. That way, we can provide the best information to better meet your needs, as well as those of your organization, medical staff, and the communities you serve.

For benchmarking purposes, this survey incorporates questions used in the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development's Physician Relations Insight, 4th Edition report, which was performed in collaboration with the American Association of Physician Liaisons.
