UPDATED AAPA: Monthly Data Submission Form

Please submit your monthly data by the 30th of the following month. All data will be published on the 5th of that next month. If you have multiple months' worth of data to enter, each month needs to be entered as a separate and individual survey response.

If you have edits or corrections to previous entries, please email them to Shannon McLeod (smcleod@aapa-ports.org); do not use this form to make corrections.
