Since a component of most of the Museum's pre-K–12 programs is artmaking, the lessons we provide require artmaking materials. Will your students have any
basic art supplies
(scissors, crayons, glue, etc.) available, or would the Museum need to provide them?
Yes, they'll have basic art supplies available to them
No, they won't have basic art supplies available, so the Museum will need to provide them
Comments - If you answered yes, please list the basic supplies they'll have available.

If the Museum were to provide art materials, how would you prefer the materials to be

I'd prefer for each student to have their own prepackaged bag of all materials for all lessons
I'd prefer to receive prepackaged bags of each material, and I'll distribute them to students when we’re doing each lesson
I'd prefer to receive materials in bulk (class packs of crayons, markers, etc.), and I'll distribute them to students when we’re doing each lesson

We understand that many schools are beginning the 2020-2021 year with all virtual classes in August but may transition to half-time virtual or full-time in classrooms at some point during the year. Please select the option that best describes your
personal preference
.
I'd only participate in virtual Museum programs if my students were physically present in the classroom
I'd participate in virtual Museum programs if my students were doing a combination of in-class and virtual learning
I'd only participate in virtual Museum programs if my students were doing all virtual learning

Before closing in mid-March due to the coronavirus, the Museum charged $5/student for Museum admission, which included a guided tour and optional studio add-on (artmaking activity). What would be a price your school/students could pay for a virtual experience? Check all that apply.
A flat rate (~$50 for virtual tour) per class (minimum 5, maximum 25 students) would be reasonable.
A fee (~$3 for art supplies + live lesson with teaching artist OR pre-recorded video/demo) per student would be reasonable.
My school isn't paying for any virtual experiences this school year.
I don't feel comfortable asking parents for money for virtual experiences.
