The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), VetPartners, Inc. and the National Commission for Veterinary Economic Issues (NCVEI) are working together on a joint management project regarding the future of veterinary practice management. In order to identify the leadership, motivation and behavior that results in high performance and business success, we are performing an objective survey of veterinary practices that span a range of performance criteria. Specifically, we are seeking to pinpoint what characteristics and behaviors are consistent with optimal practice performance and success and the tools that were embraced to achieve optimal performance. 

Through this survey we seek to identify potential practices for participation in our research project. 

All financial data will be restricted to the selected CPA firm charged with validating eligibility to participate in the survey. No one else will have access to your data. Only aggregate data will be reported. Your total expected time commitment is minimal; participation includes supplying financial data (if requested), a 30-minute owner phone interview and a follow up on-line survey.  As a participant you will receive an exclusive report of our research findings.
