This is a 5-page 36-question survey. We appreciate your time to give us feedback on our upcoming Healthcare Analytics Summit on September 24-25. We are finalizing the agenda, but have too many good topics to present in two days. So, we would like to get your input. We have five different topic categories: General Session, Technical Breakouts, Clinical Breakouts, Analytics Breakouts, and Solution/Business Breakouts. Please give us feedback on your interest in each of the categories. We will then use this feedback in finalizing our agenda.

How did they achieve widespread adoption? How is the industry different now that analytics are widely used? How can we apply these principles to healthcare?

Commercial healthcare insurance exchanges may not have the publicity of the government insurance exchanges, but are still bound to have dramatic effects on the health insurance market and typical employee sponsored plans. However there is a wide debate of what the effect will be. This session will focus on a better understanding of commercial healthcare exchanges, their effect to date, and their anticipated future footprint in healthcare and the various forms of shared payment models.

Championing analytics in any organization provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic success of a healthcare organization. In our experience, those that embrace analytics as more than a program, but an opportunity to provide custom insight into the organization have a unique opportunity to become valuable in a way that few other opportunities provide. In this session, we will provide examples and advice on how analytics can be personally fulfilling and career enhancing.

Learn from several health systems executives that have learned how to become data-driven, analytics-based organizations. How did they start? How did they define success? What were the key challenges to overcome? What were their critical success factors? Where are they now and what are their next steps?

We get many people asking us to see demonstrations of our products, particulary when combined with a story of how they help diagnose or solve a problem. This session would give attendees a chance to vote ahead of time, and then see a number of the most requested product demonstrations combined with an interactive question and answer focus to better understand how Health Catalyst applications can be applied to solve clinical, financial, or operational problems.
