You have been invited to participate in the California Tribal Gap Analysis being led by Prosper Sustainably, LLC on behalf of the California Energy Commission and the Strategic Growth Council. Completing the questionnaire will take approximately one to two hours. Thank you for participating.
Why is this analysis being done?
The purpose of the California Tribal Gap Analysis (CTGA) is to identify tribal priorities, needs, and barriers in the areas of clean energy and climate change adaptation and resilience, and to provide recommendations for the development and enhancement of State of California programs, funding, technical assistance, and other support to address tribal needs and priorities.

Your participation in this analysis is entirely voluntary. Whatever decision you make, there will be no penalty or loss of benefits to which you were otherwise entitled. You may refuse to answer any questions that you do not want to answer. Confidentiality Statement
The Strategic Growth Council, in partnership with the California Energy Commission, will treat the submissions in response to this questionnaire confidentially to the extent allowed by applicable law, including the identity of individual respondents/tribal affiliations, and will not release identifiable information collected through this instrument unless the respondent provides express consent to use direct quotes attributed to their name and tribe in public reports and communications associated with this project. Survey results will be prepared and reported in summary form only.
