Italian sausage cannelloni – Fresh pasta rolled with Italian sausage, roasted garlic and fresh tomato, baked in our basil cream sauce.
Beef Wellington – Thick, marinated beef, lightly braised, topped with cognac paté, wrapped in crisp puff pastry, topped with green peppercorn gravy.
Delectable Stuffed Chicken - Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in hickory and orange, stuffed with roasted red pepper, pesto, artichoke hearts & brie. Baked in lemon hickory gravy.
Sweet Pepper Delight - Red pepper stuffed with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, zucchini, tomato, mushroom, sharp cheddar cheese and fresh herbs, baked in hickory cream sauce, vegetarian.
Tender Pork Ribs - Side ribs, slow cooked in our sweet and tangy marinade until extra tender, then oven-roasted to golden brown, lactose-free.

Sundog Risotto - lemon wild rice and seed medley with asiago cheese, vegetarian, glutenfree.
Chicken Wild Rice soup – braised chicken simmered in chicken broth with fresh herbs, mixed vegetables & lemon zest with wild rice medley, lactose-free.

Southwest Corn Chowder – corn, roasted peppers, fresh tomato, chipotle, with coconut cream.
Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine, homemade croutons, tangy lime garlic dressing.
