We are pleased to offer a selection of delicious meals that will be waiting for you in your fridge, with simple serving instructions. Most meals will require warming in your private kitchen.

All meal prices include juice, coffee and tea supplied in your room.

Guests who share a reservation will share the same daily meals. We're not a restaurant; your experience here is more like sharing a meal in a private home.

We do not have a liquor license but can make arrangements for guests to access the liquor store.

If you are staying longer than 5 days with us, your menu choices can be repeated for day 6 and beyond.

Pricing is subject to an additional 5% GST. Menu costs will be applied to your reservation and need to be paid in advance of your arrival.
Breakfast

All breakfast choices are served with seasonal fresh fruit, and include juice, coffee and tea supplied in your cottage.

Homemade buttermilk scone served with butter, preserves and cheese. $14 per person.

Homemade granola lightly baked with honey, served with yogourt. $14 per person.

Tray of European-style cold meats and cheeses, served with baguette and fruit preserves. $18 per person.

Canadian Bacon Quiche – pastry shell baked with eggs, cream, Canadian bacon, ham, green onion, tomato, Swiss Cheese. $18 per person.

Breakfast Burrito – soft flour tortilla baked with south-west scrambled eggs and chorizo sausage. $18 per person.
Lunch entrées - $22 per person
All lunch entrées also include one lunch side dish choice. Juice, coffee and tea will be supplied in your room.

Vegetable Wrap - Spinach, roasted peppers, sundried tomato, avocado, roasted onion, pesto, kalamata olives and cheddar cheese wrapped in a roasted flour tortilla.

Homemade Cheese Scone – Hearty cheese & vegetable-filled scone... yummy!

Canadian Bacon Quiche – pastry shell baked with eggs, cream, Canadian bacon, ham, green onion, tomato, Swiss Cheese.

Tray of European-style cold meats and cheeses, served with baguette, pickles and sliced fresh vegetables.

Southwest Corn Chowder – corn, roasted peppers, fresh tomato, chipotle, with coconut cream, vegetarian.

Chicken Wild Rice soup – braised chicken simmered in chicken broth with fresh herbs, mixed vegetables & lemon zest with wild rice medley, lactose-free.

Garden Salad - baby greens with fresh seasonal veggies and berries with our house dressing.


Lunch Desserts - $8 per person (optional)

Lemon Bar – tart lemon, sweet white chocolate and buttery shortbread.

Belgian Chocolate Brownie – chocolate brownie with chocolate chunks and alternating dark and light buttercream icing.
Dinner entrées - $35 per person
All dinner choices are served with a side dish and a vegetable choice.

Italian sausage cannelloni – Fresh pasta rolled with Italian sausage, roasted garlic and fresh tomato, baked in our basil cream sauce.

Beef Wellington – Thick, marinated beef, lightly braised, topped with cognac paté, wrapped in crisp puff pastry, topped with green peppercorn gravy.

Delectable Stuffed Chicken - Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in hickory and orange, stuffed with roasted red pepper, pesto, artichoke hearts & brie. Baked in lemon hickory gravy.

Sweet Pepper Delight - Red pepper stuffed with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, zucchini, tomato, mushroom, sharp cheddar cheese and fresh herbs, baked in hickory cream sauce, vegetarian.

Tender Pork Ribs - Side ribs, slow cooked in our sweet and tangy marinade until extra tender, then oven-roasted to golden brown, lactose-free.

Potatoes Au Gratin - thin slices of Yukon Gold potatoes baked with green onion, mushrooms, three cheese-and-cream sauce, vegetarian.

Sundog Risotto - lemon wild rice and seed medley with asiago cheese, vegetarian, glutenfree.
