What is a concession item?
A concession item is an item spectators wish to bring into the stadium that is outside the OFC’s Terms of Admission. Examples include musical instruments, large banner or flags on poles.
When this form is required?
If you wish to bring a concession item into the stadium, you must complete this form and submit it for approval prior to the match. Approval is not automatic and items must not be brought to the stadium unless approval has been granted.
What to include:
· One form per group
· Clear descriptions of each item
· Dimensions and quantities
· Photos, images or designs are required
