ABOUT AUSTRALIAN WATER RESOURCES ASSESSMENTS
The Australian Water Resources Assessment 2012 (the 2012 Assessment) highlights patterns and trends in water availability, management and use at regional to national scales.
Assessment reports will be regularly released by the Bureau of Meteorology as part of the Bureau’s responsibilities for compiling and delivering Australia's water information.
Reporting will expand and improve. This will occur as the availability and quality of data and modelling systems improve and as analytical and reporting methods develop.
