This presentation will workshop will provide insights and guidance regarding personal investing for students who will be soon entering the workplace. Often the first thing a new professional faces are decisions about 401 K’s and investment plans on a new job. Mr. Merriman will give advice on those decision as well as many others. He will also be offering free access to his e-books and biweekly newsletter to attendees.

Featured Professional: Mr. Paul Merriman

Mr. Merriman is founder of Paul Merriman & Associates (now Merriman LLC), which manages more than $1.5 billion for 2,500 households throughout the United States.

Mr. Merriman has been a featured speaker on the PBS series “Wall Street Week” with Louis Rukeyser, as well as a regular guest on CNBC, CNN Money, and Financial News Network. radio programs, as a leader at investor workshops and as a featured guest on local, regional and national television shows. He is cited by Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch. He is involved with the PBS projects “Financial Fitness After 50” and “How to Invest” series. Books he has written include, Financial Fitness Forever: 5 Steps to More Money, Less Risk , and More Peace of Mind”, “Live it up Without Outliving Your Money!: Getting the Most From Your Investments in Retirement,” and “Investing for a Lifetime,” among others.
