PLEASE NOTE - General criteria to qualify for BRICK mentoring:

The project is being proposed by a group of people interested in taking the project forward. This does not have to be an incorporated entity. We cannot assist where there is a single person proposing the project.

The group will have an idea of how they foresee the building or site being used. This idea should come from the initial appraisal of local needs and should provide a social and economic benefit for the wider community.

The group needs to have had some contact with and held initial conversations with, the building or site owner. The owner needs to be prepared to work with the group, offer a long lease or to transfer ownership of the building or site under consideration.

The group needs to have explored what professional support and expertise is available within their local community, the council and other heritage or regeneration organisations
