Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2010 AIEA Conference, to be held on Feb 15-17, 2010 in Washington DC. Please provide all requested information, including presenter bios and session abstracts and full session descriptions, as this info will be included in the conference program should your session be selected. Note: This form will not allow you to submit without all requested information. If you cannot "submit" the form, it is most likely because you did not complete all requested information. This form will not allow you to access your proposal once you hit the submit button. Please make sure you have all the necessary information before you begin this form. You are encouraged to create a Word document first so that you will have a record of your proposal. The requested information includes the following: all chair and presenter bios (75 word max) and full contact info, session abstract (75 word max),
conference subtheme category, audio-visual needs, URL where handouts will be posted. If you encounter difficulties in submitting or accessing this form (other than making sure you submit the required information), please email aiea@duke.edu
NOTE: Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Proposals will be selected by a review panel using the criteria described in the Call for Session Proposals. Questions can be addressed to aiea@duke.edu.
Please note that each session will be of 75 minute duration (no more than 3 presenters and including minimum 30 minutes of discussion). Allowing for sufficient (min 30 minutes) discussion time is very important for all sessions.
